Visited a world famous relief centre - where volunteers will go to aid those in need, for example during the Tsunami 2004 . The centre is called Tzu Chi. Took this pic inside the centre:

Silk Road Trip

Hello everyone, I've just got back from my Silk Road trip in China. It was a rather hectic trip travelling from one city to another but it was still loads of fun. Really wished I didn't have to go back to work !! Here are some of the pics....

We went sand surfing on the Gobi Dessert park. We had an experienced driver which took my sis and I on a roller coaster ride on the Gobi sand dunes. Whoa...... (Warning: Not suitable for people with heart problems.)

Among the other dessert activities include donkey rides to the ancient ruins of Gaochang, a city from the 13th century. Below is a pic of what's left:

It's been a while

Hey everyone...how's everyone doing?...it's me Mun Hou, it's really been a while since someone blogged here....defeinitely ppl busy with their stuff like working, playing before moving into camp, studying and graduating and shifting esp. it's nearing summer, i.e. time to leave the hostels...Anyway..thought i'd just drop a note to keep it active a lil...Update that i have got to found out is that Dharmini left E & Y and is now in KAF, back in a tandem with Mabel...haha...Shiling is in JP Morgan...super bz..with her gmail & messenger ban there...so cant speak much to her...KH as i know was on leave for 1-2 months i think...dunno if he is still on leave...Poncho is probably fragging a lot before doing the real fragging in army....and leaving some stash for HC..AND CHRIS is coming in SEPT...so hope everyone must make themselves free...(yea u must be thinking, this sentence seemed to meant to myself more than anyone else...oh yea there is WW too)...

okok, so I started to get busy loo...doing some receivership job currently in terengganu...been here 2 weeks and i hope that's it! i wanna work back in office..this place got no air0cond....no proper facilities..no phostat machine..apa pun takde sial!!!! gila!....hope to move back to office and based there soon....i been playing up bball again with the KPMG team...kinda lazy loo..no more motivation like in uni...then met up with wei wen when daniel lau's housemate Michael came from china...so thaz abt it la...hope everyone is fine...take care ya...

Dear all, how has everyone's been. it has been good getting all the emails, although it is clogging up emails and have to create special folders for them. nothing much here. was just reading Fel's blog (Fel, ur blog indeed makes people hungry), and if u miss warwick, and the life u used to have, read the blog, and u will miss it more. heheh.. but good remembrance, THX Fel!!! the blog really reflects student life, enjoy it while u can. few pics, some from singapore, dont know if i had psoted it before and some is pics taken in Jakarta.

My 4th Warwick Malaysian Night

Atteneded Warwick Malaysian Night 2006. Play this year was very good, the way the story was told was different from pervious years. An arty dimension was attached to it. Due to that some of the scences were really good and tastefully done. The playwrights really made used of the backgrounds and lights to tell the story. Very much more emotional than pervious years though I did not understood some of the sences (maybe I am not cultivated enough to understand art) and though some of the dances were abit redundant. They actuallty copied the dance moves and clothing from a Cyndi Wong MTV and stuck it into the script. That didn't really made sense to me actually appeared abit silly............. but the dancers are hot. Hehehe. Dikir was damn good as well! The retained some of the songs but added new ones as well. This bit of the show I enjoyed the most! Like all the Dikir performances over the years they had loud and coherent claps. It was toching and powerful. In fact I think that this is probb the best Dikir performance out of the 4 Malaysian night I have been to.

hi guys, its me ah...the not 3 not 4 guy....tmr i'm starting sch again....spring semester....last semester/term ever in my life maybe....i hope i won't skip many classes this time ahhrrzzz....so please prrrrey for me ahrrzzz...all afternoon classes, hard to skip...

today is last day of my winter holiday ah....it was 3 weeks long...i slack the first n last week (as usual) and the middle week i went to puerto rico, which is somewhere below usa...island la...went there to see some forts, go to beach, water activities, and see the limestone cave n rainforst...n mangroves n bio-luminescence bay...it was quite lax lar...n somehow i tot its quite similar la to south east asia climate n vegetation...but probly "exotic" to the pple of america...was reminded of bali a bit also ahhrzzz...dunno whether the business up has picked up again after the bomb at kuta late last year...

its 2006 already ah...so fast...hope everyone will have a fulfilling and interesting year ahead ahrrzzz....n chinese new year is coming soon....enjoy it guys, those who finally can celebrate it in ur home countries....it will be so shiok...all the holidays and goodies n hongbao and meeting relatives .... i guess my resolution this year is to play more ball, explore ny more, and get to know more girls HAAAAAAAAAAAAHAHA....jokin... ... .. no chio bu here....*sob*.....oh yea...and to work hard n don't skip classes as usual.....

First Blog Entry!!!

Hello ppl! How are you guys doing? Been very busy of late with classes and labs. I just finished my exams which I spent a good part of it studying now taking a few days during term time would you believe it?

Nothing much intrestring happened during my time in London yet but on and off I get some visitors in London. Though I'll post some of the limited number of pictures that I have taken during my time here. Met up with Chris and Amelia during my Christmas break and spent part of it in Warwick with Yanning and Weebeng.

Some of the people from my course (mostly guys which is why I am so sian) taken on Guy Fawkes day where we went to see fireworks at some random park in London.

Took this pic when Amelia came down to London during the Christmas break. The three of us met up on Bond street and went on a walking tour for I think 2 hours maybe? Chris was acting like a tourist! Taking pictures of everything. One cannot help but suspect if he does indeed stay in London. I think he is a what I would call a part time Londoner.

I think it was 8 glasses of champaine. Funny thing was that I didnt get drunk! Still cant believe that I drank so much! Even Levin cant get me to drink so much! Oh well first time for everything I suppose

First Day at Dept

Hey everyone..thanks for ppl congratulating me abt me and ma first job...I am in my dept for the first day (3rd day after 2 days of orientation)...must be wondering what the heck am i doing on the blog cause i got n'thin to do y'all...and u know what, i am seconded to audit for a month, man, i hope i aint be stock checking at da Grave man...that'll be some real shit and dont wanna get stuck somewhere in Kedah or wherever esp when Cinese new year is coming man...

Firstly, read WW's blog...damn i aint a slacker...if ur friends asked if i were nice, of course la..but too bad u aint here in the office, gotta be at Bank Pembangunan until March...damn...

Then, Chris i can see u can write really a lot of chinese mate..wahaha..good job...and P&G is good job indeed too...muahahaha...

Finally, KH..I am so happy to hear u can go off to B'ham!...amazing...hope u have great time and enjoy urself at the chinese restaurants and the msian food one...wow..now start work...dunno when can be like u can go travel!....but if dont work..also cant travel cause no $$..haha..

Hey ppl, Happy New Year!

Well, I was in Kuching during the New Year weekend with my sisters. It's quite a nice place to visit, maybe you all can go there sometimes for a break. If you want any recommendation, ask me k?

However, din do anything during Christmas. Only get myself a new bowling ball as Christmas cum New Year present. Hahaha...... The very 1st game after 9 months (except for the 1 in Mid Valley during my birthday), still could get 171! So happy......... then next game 173........ Really glad that I din buy a lousy bowling ball.

Congrats to MH. Finally got a job oledi. Hope you will have fun with it! Chris, how's the P&G job?

As I told some of you before, I might go back to UK next month, to accompany my sis who is going to study in B'ham (excuse....hahaha). So hopefully, everything is fine and I can go. Then I will have the chance to attend M'sia Nite. Hehehehe.........
